Leasing Professional for The Foundmore Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for The Foundmore community in Pittsburgh. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience and fostering long‑term resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
