Leasing Professional for Tapestry at Brentwood

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Tapestry at Brentwood community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease signings to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
