Leasing Professional for Savoy Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Savoy community in Sunnyvale. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials to boost leasing.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track applications, lease documents, and resident information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Commission/bonus eligible with leasing and renewal incentives.

Required skills

• Experience with RealPage OneSite (training provided if needed).
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management systems.
