About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Vista 121 community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a seamless leasing experience from prospect contact through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm readiness and schedule any necessary preparations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote community availability and achieve occupancy goals.
