Leasing Professional for Radius Dilworth Communities

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and revenue for Greystar’s Radius Dilworth portfolio, consisting of Enclave at Radius Dilworth (mid‑rise) and Overlook at Radius Dilworth (high‑rise) in Charlotte, NC. You will manage all leasing activities, from prospect qualification to move‑in, while ensuring resident satisfaction and renewal success.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy and schedule any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email and other platforms.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow community policies on concessions and specials.

Required profile

• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends across two sites.
• Good knowledge of local rental market trends.
