Leasing Professional for Mercato Grove Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents at Mercato Grove, a new 206‑unit mid‑rise community in downtown Lake Oswego. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Manage the move‑in process to ensure a seamless experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to inform pricing and advertising strategies.
• Plan and execute community events that enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email and maintain accurate records in the leasing system.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to read, write, and complete legal leasing documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred but not required).
