Leasing Professional for Luxury High‑Rise Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Aspira team, a 325‑unit luxury high‑rise in Belltown, Seattle. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours (virtual and in‑person), qualify leads, process applications, and manage lease sign‑offs.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including social media, online listings, resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Track leasing activity and resident data using property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license (required for operating a golf cart on‑site).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
