Leasing Professional for Greenfield Village Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Greenfield Village community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves all leasing activities from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease signings to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software and CRM tools to track leads, applications, and resident information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably on a property with 400+ units.
• Weekend availability (9 am–6 pm) with flexibility based on business needs.
• Experience with CRM systems, Yardi, Meet Elise, or Happy Co. is preferred.
