Leasing Professional for Broadstone Ayrsley Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Broadstone Ayrsley community in Charlotte. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect qualification to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven sales and leasing experience in a residential real‑estate environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay informed about local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts as needed.
