Leasing Professional for Apollo Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Apollo community in Winter Garden. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and local rental market dynamics.
