Leasing Professional for Alta Wildhorse Ranch

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Alta Wildhorse Ranch community. You will be responsible for attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and work with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and capture resident demographics.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the maintenance and management teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
• Proficiency in conducting credit and criminal background screenings.
