Leasing Professional – Denver

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Greenwood Village community and support the Denver market. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.
