Leasing Professional - Dalian 151

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring a full-time Leasing Professional for the Dalian 151 community in San Antonio, Texas. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategy to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, and develop short- and long-term marketing plans and goals.
• Run marketing activities such as resident referral and employer outreach, and use online tools like Craigslist, Facebook and e-mail.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow concession and special programs.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents, and run the lease renewal program with renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and requests.

Required profile

• All licenses and certifications required by state and local law.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk or sit for long periods, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Rare or regular travel to other properties, training or meetings may be required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $16.50 - $19.00, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite.
