Leasing Professional - Corban Row

About the role

Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional for Corban Row, a 127-unit townhome community in Concord, NC, in a lease-up stage. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, working Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule repairs with the maintenance team.
• Track market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and follow concession and special programs to sustain occupancy.
• Run marketing activities such as resident referrals, employer outreach and online advertising, and use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents before move-out.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner questions and requests.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the position.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible schedule, including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $19.00 - $21.00, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses.
