Leasing Professional – Corban Freedom

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Corban Freedom community to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding issues with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease documentation.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and resident satisfaction.
