Leasing Professional – Community Leasing Role

About the role
The Leasing Professional supports the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. The role involves handling all leasing activities for new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease and move‑in packages, facilitate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in, confirm they are move‑in ready, and schedule any necessary outstanding work.
