Leasing Professional – Community Lease‑Up

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 131‑unit lease‑up community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups and move‑ins.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including online listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi, CRM) and track leasing activity.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages and contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Yardi (or similar property management software).
• OneSite or comparable leasing platform.
• CRM systems.
• Snappt or similar background‑screening tools.
