Leasing Professional – Communities of Bent Tree

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Communities of Bent Tree in Addison, TX. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding work with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure community presentation aligns with company quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to engage prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
