About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Canyon Country community. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate records of availability, traffic, and leasing activity using on‑site property management software.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience (preferred).
• Weekend availability required; typical schedule 9 am–6 pm.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
