Leasing Professional – Cantera Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Cantera community to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This full‑time position involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring move‑in readiness, and maintaining resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑offs.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, handle resident inquiries, and support lease renewal activities.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening, and background checks.
