Leasing Professional – Broadstone Jordan Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Broadstone Jordan Ranch community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Proactive approach to market research and marketing plan implementation.
