Leasing Professional – Broadstone Ingleside

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Broadstone Ingleside community. Working Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends, you will manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekend shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor activity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Ability to conduct credit screening and background checks.
