Leasing Professional – Braeswood Place

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Braeswood Place community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies to meet occupancy goals.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
