Leasing Professional – Aventino

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join our Aventino community. In this entry‑level position you will drive leasing, marketing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track leads, leases and resident information.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in customer service or office administration.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve occupancy goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi software.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
