Leasing Professional – Avens Dedham Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Avens Dedham Station community, ensuring occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit quality standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, property management or residential sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
