Leasing Professional – Avant at Steele Creek

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Avant at Steele Creek community in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect units for readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with prospects and residents.
