Leasing Professional – Avana River Park

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Avana River Park community in Fort Worth. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues and maintain move‑in ready condition.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident data.
