Leasing Professional – Alta Wildhorse Ranch

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Alta Wildhorse Ranch community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software (OneSite, Yardi), tracking availability, traffic and resident demographics.
• Prepare and deliver lease renewal letters, meet with renewing residents and ensure timely signing of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns and documenting requests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
