About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Alta Wildhorse Ranch community in Austin. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and retention efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing tasks and meet occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with property‑management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
