Leasing Professional – 120 & 220 Bend

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the 120 & 220 Bend community in Vineyard. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and retention efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for unit inspections and accurate data entry.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adapt leasing strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Experience with property management systems such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
