Leasing & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Leasing & Marketing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, sales and leasing activities for the Union Baseline community, driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, set rent pricing and concessions, and oversee on‑site traffic to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, monitor market conditions, and create creative pricing and incentive strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety, inspect “ready” units, and use merchandising techniques to enhance salability.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic and closing reports to identify performance issues and present findings to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal programs, resident communications and move‑out assistance.
• Supervise leasing team: recruit, train, and manage performance in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of multifamily market trends, competitor activity and leasing best practices.
• Proven ability to lead a leasing team, manage advertising budgets and drive occupancy targets.
