Leasing Manager – The Overlook at the Rim

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for The Overlook at the Rim community, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales efforts, set rent pricing, concessions, and monitor daily leasing activities.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and create creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Develop print and internet advertising strategies, use technology and property management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety, inspect “ready” units, and create merchandising displays.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing reports to identify performance issues and present results to owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewal program, manage communications, and assist with resident move‑outs.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, escalating issues as needed.
• Supervise leasing team: recruit, hire, train, and manage performance according to company policies.

Required profile

• Valid state and local licenses and certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to be on‑call as needed.
