Leasing Manager – Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operations for its Alister Parx community. This full‑time position is based in Seattle and focuses on driving occupancy, resident retention, and overall revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including print and online advertising, to attract prospective residents.
• Oversee the leasing team, providing coaching, performance monitoring, and daily guidance.
• Manage sales activities and coordinate with community staff to meet established leasing and occupancy targets.
• Monitor resident retention metrics and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure seamless move‑in processes and compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of exceeding performance goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
