Leasing Manager – NOVI at Concord

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for the NOVI at Concord multi‑site development, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met across NOVI Flats, NOVI Lofts and NOVI Rise.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, set rent pricing, concessions and monitor daily leasing performance.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, pricing strategies and leasing incentives to boost traffic and leases.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, and create merchandising tools such as mini‑models.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic and closing reports to identify issues and present solutions to owners and managers.
• Manage lease renewal programs, resident communications and move‑out assistance.
• Supervise, hire, train and evaluate the leasing team in line with company policies.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional travel to other properties.
