Leasing Manager – Mountain Gate Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing, marketing, and resident‑retention efforts for the Mountain Gate community in Littleton. The role combines sales, customer service, and team leadership to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring a high‑quality living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including social‑media campaigns, to increase community visibility and drive traffic.
• Plan and host resident events and community‑engagement activities to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Review leasing files for accuracy and compliance, approve renewals, and maintain resident records.
• Train, schedule, and coach the leasing team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or a related real‑estate sales role.
• Strong understanding of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a leasing team.
