About the role

The Leasing Manager for Lakeshore Pearl will lead the community’s leasing strategy, marketing execution, and sales performance. This senior‑level position oversees a leasing team, ensures a consistent prospect experience, and drives revenue, occupancy, and absorption targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive achievement of revenue and occupancy goals by monitoring conversion metrics and adjusting leasing plans and pricing strategies.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage leasing team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance accountability.
• Standardize prospect and tour experiences, ensuring consistent messaging, brand execution, and follow‑up across the team.
• Oversee reputation management and online presence, monitor reviews, and respond professionally to support leasing and retention goals.
• Provide real‑time coaching through direct observation, feedback, and performance management.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as lead‑to‑tour conversion, closing ratios, and leasing velocity to inform strategy.

Required profile
