Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a community in the One North of Boston area, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales efforts to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including rent pricing, concessions, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, monitor market conditions, and create creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Oversee print and internet advertising, use technology and property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, inspect ready units, and create merchandising displays.
• Participate in leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify performance issues and present strategies to owners and managers.
• Manage lease renewal program and resident communication.
• Supervise leasing team: hiring, training, performance management.

Required profile

• Valid licenses and certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
