About the role
The Leasing Manager leads the community’s marketing, advertising, and sales efforts to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention goals. This full‑time position oversees the leasing team and ensures a ready inventory of apartments, appropriate rent pricing, and effective concession strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities.
- Manage on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Stay informed about market and competitor conditions that could affect performance.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing leasing, marketing, and sales functions for a residential community.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Strong leadership skills to guide leasing team members.
- Experience setting rent pricing, concessions, and inventory management.
