Leasing Manager – Gallery 64

About the role

The Leasing Manager for Gallery 64 will lead the community’s leasing operations in Washington, D.C., driving revenue, occupancy and resident retention. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees marketing, advertising, sales activities and the on‑site leasing team to meet established performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print and internet advertising initiatives to attract prospective residents.
• Manage on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of apartments, set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor daily sales and leasing activities, track occupancy and revenue goals.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Lead, coach and schedule leasing team members to achieve leasing objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Ability to analyze occupancy data and adjust tactics accordingly.
