Leasing Manager for SkyMor Geneva Community

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing and marketing efforts for the SkyMor Geneva community, a stabilized single‑family portfolio of 177 units located in Fuquay‑Varina, NC. The role oversees all aspects of resident acquisition, retention and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Create and execute advertising strategies using technology and property‑management software to generate leasing reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, safety standards and unit marketability, including staging and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and oversee move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations for residential communities.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Ability to lead a leasing team and coordinate with maintenance and marketing functions.

Required skills

• Use of property‑management software for reporting and leasing activities.
