Leasing Manager for New Mid‑Rise Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for Mercato Grove, a new 206‑unit mid‑rise community in downtown Lake Oswego. The role will oversee marketing, sales, and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets for this luxury‑amenity‑rich property.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives while monitoring daily leasing activity and inventory of “ready” apartments.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Utilize property management software to generate sales and leasing reports and track performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit appearance, safety, and readiness, including creating mini‑models and merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process, guiding prospects through tours, applications, and lease signing.

Required profile

• Prior multi‑family leasing experience with a proven track record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing unit readiness and leasing documentation.
