Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for Highland House Tower in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on achieving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets while maintaining the community’s brand and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize property‑management software to generate sales and leasing reports and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure units are market‑ready, conduct inspections, and create merchandising displays.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to inform strategy.
