Leasing Manager – Avana Star Lake

About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead all leasing, marketing, and sales activities for the Avana Star Lake community, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
- Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
- Monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Required profile
- Proven ability to manage leasing teams and drive marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis.
- Experience setting pricing strategies and managing concessions.
