Leasing Manager – Alaire Apartment Homes

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for Alaire Apartment Homes. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, and leasing team to meet revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, monitor day‑to‑day sales and leasing activities, and ensure achievement of community targets.
• Lead the on‑site leasing team, providing coaching and performance oversight.
• Participate directly in the leasing process: generate traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial, shop, and closing‑ratio reports to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and ownership inquiries.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience preferred.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong professionalism in manner and dress.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, and explain apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred).
