About the role

The Leasing Consultant will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a smooth move‑in experience. You will support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and actively manage lease renewals to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure seamless resident onboarding.
• Collect and record prospective resident information at move‑in.
• Monitor market conditions and collaborate with leadership on pricing, concessions, and marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives.
• Utilize CRM and data analysis tools to manage leads and track performance.
