Leasing Consultant – Overture Ridgmar

About the role

The Leasing Consultant will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents at the Overture Ridgmar community in Fort Worth. You will guide applicants through the leasing process, promote the property’s features, and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and present leasing options to prospects.
• Prepare and process lease applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain resident records and coordinate move‑in and move‑out procedures.
• Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and support retention efforts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in leasing or property management preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus.
