Community Manager – North Park Landing

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the North Park Landing property in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves managing staff, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, set rent rates, collect fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure proper insurance certificates, and coordinate payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain property standards through regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and amenities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Internet use, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
