Leasing Consultant – Destinations Alexander

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Destinations Alexander community in North Las Vegas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and supporting current residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the property, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Collect and record pertinent move‑in information from new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives to generate traffic.
• Utilize CRM tools, manage leads, analyze data, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement.
• Uphold Greystar’s professional standards and ethical expectations while delivering exceptional service to prospects, residents, and guests.
