Lease‑Up Maintenance Supervisor (Shoreline)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Lease‑Up Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work for interior and exterior building areas, amenities, and common spaces. The role ensures that properties meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supervising up to five employees.
• Manage outside vendors, track warranties, and follow up via email and phone.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform hot‑water heater repair and maintenance; conduct basic carpentry tasks.
• Assist with budgeting for regular repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, basic carpentry, and roofing materials (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM) – the latter highly preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
