Lease-Up Sales Consultant

About the role

The Lease-Up Sales Consultant will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a new Active Adult community in Northglenn, CO. You will help shape the resident experience from the ground up while achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach to generate traffic.
• Maintain show units, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure the property meets Greystar’s quality standards.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours and manage lease renewal activities.
• Track leasing activity and resident data using property management software and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of sales, marketing, leasing or customer‑service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and property management applications.
• Strong internet marketing and advertising skills.
• Ability to conduct credit screening, background checks and prepare lease documentation.

What we offer

• Hourly rate $25‑$27 with estimated annual earnings $64,000‑$70,000 including bonuses.
